SIM life/restrictions: If you do not recharge your Jamaican SIM card account within 3 months of your initial use, your Jamaican SIM card and phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeited. Every time you add airtime to your Jamaican SIM card the validity of your SIM card will be extended for 14, 21, 28 days or 42 days, depending on the denomination of your Jamaican top up card. You have 60 days in which to top-up your Jamaican digiFLEX account after the expiration of each FLEXcard or FLEX E voucher. After this, you will be able to receive calls with your Jamaican SIM card but will need to top-up in order to make a call. If your Jamaican SIM card remains dormant for an additional 60 days, your Jamaican SIM account will automatically be recycled and any remaining airtime credit on your Jamaican SIM card will be forfeited.
