Overview

  1. Find the page for the country you want to roam in. Select it from the list on the right or select the region the country is in.
  2. You buy some uk2abroad credit and a local SIM for the country you're visiting.
  3. Before leaving the UK you divert your mobile to our intelligent switching platform.
  4. We route all the calls to your phone in the foreign country saving you money!

Receiving calls abroad
Callers from back home just dial your UK number.
Within the country, people can call you on your local number too.

Calling while abroad
This is easy. Just send a text message to our special call-back service, and we call you back. You can then dial your UK number. (You'll get full instructions in your uk2abroad welcome pack when you sign up.)
To call within the country or send a text message, just do it directly from your phone as normal.

Voicemail
While you're abroad you can use our voicemail system. We'll send you a text message whenever you've got a new message and you'll be able to listen to it, so you never miss an important call.
